By downloading, installing, or using Pomozen ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Pomozen Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. The free trial period begins when you start the subscription and ends 7 days later. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

Pomozen and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
