Q. The haptics (vibration) are not working.
A. Please check your iPhone settings: Go to "Settings" > "Sounds & Haptics" > and ensure "System Haptics" is turned ON. Also, please note that Low Power Mode or Do Not Disturb may sometimes reduce haptic strength.
Q. Is there no sound?
A. Pulse Sleep is designed to guide you primarily through vibrations so you can use it in quiet places or while falling asleep without disturbing others. Focus on the tactile sensation.
Q. Is the app free?
A. Yes, all features in the current version are available for free.
Q. Is there an Android version?
A. Currently, Pulse Sleep is only available for iOS (iPhone).
